Aurelie Litynski is a globally recognized expert in positive work culture, a TEDx speaker, and the author of "100 Ideas for a Positive Work Culture."
Certified in EQ-i 2.0® and EQ 360 by Multi-Health Systems (MHS) and Chief Well-Being Officer certified by the World Happiness Foundation, Aurelie has trained in the Science of Well-Being at Yale University and UC Berkeley, and completed the Change Management Program at IMD Business School. She brings a unique combination of scientific expertise and hands-on experience to every engagement.
Aurelie works with leaders across industries including pharma, fintech, and technology, from C-level executives to emerging leaders. Her work has been featured in NZZ, NZZ am Sonntag, In The Black, HR Today, and the Management 3.0 podcast.
