EQ LEADER PROGRAM

Great leaders aren't just skilled, they're emotionally intelligent.

Great leaders aren't just skilled, they're emotionally intelligent.

The EQ Leader Program is a 1:1 programme designed to turn your EQ results into real leadership growth.

Take the EQ-i 2.0® assessment to measure your emotional intelligence, understand what it means for the way you lead, and build an action plan to develop the skills that matter most.

Great leadership starts with emotional intelligence

Five Components of Emotional Intelligence - EQ-i 2.0® MHS

Technical expertise and strategic thinking matter, but what sets the best leaders apart is Emotional Intelligence (EI). EI is the ability to recognise, understand, manage, and influence your own emotions and those of the people around you. It shapes how you handle pressure, make decisions, build relationships, and communicate. And unlike personality, it can be developed.

Knowing that EI matters and knowing where yours actually stands are two different things. You may not always see how you come across in difficult conversations, or where your communication style is getting in the way. Without a clear picture of where you actually stand, it's hard to know where to focus. The EQ Leader Program gives you that picture, and the support to act on it.

"Your EQ results are not a verdict. They are a starting point to better leadership."

Understand your EQ. Build on it. Lead better.

The EQ Leader Program combines the EQ-i 2.0® — a science-backed assessment — with personalised, online coaching to turn your emotional intelligence into a concrete leadership advantage.

Introduction Session
A 1h30 online session to get to know each other, explore what emotional intelligence means in practice, and set the foundation for your development journey. We also take the time to define what success looks like for you, so the programme is fully tailored from day one. The duration can be adapted to fit your schedule.

Your EQ-i 2.0® Assessment
A 20-minute online questionnaire. You receive a full Report covering all 15 EI competencies in detail. * Upgrade option available for EQ 360: see section below.

A 2-Hour Debrief Session
We go through your results together. Not just the scores — what they mean for the way you lead, how you communicate, and how others experience you. You leave with a clear picture of yourself and a concrete action plan, built around your situation and your goals.

Success Calls
Three check-ins (30 minutes each) to keep you on track and in control of your own progress. We keep them short and focused, easy to fit into a busy schedule. We look at what is moving, what is getting in the way, and adjust your action plan to what is actually happening in your work. You decide the pace — check-ins can be spaced from a few days to a few weeks apart (typically every 4 to 6 weeks).

Ongoing Support during the Program
You can reach me by email or WhatsApp between sessions, for a quick question, a reflection, or a situation you want to think through before your next session. I will also share relevant resources, exercises, and tools tailored to your action plan to keep the momentum going between sessions.

  • Bonus : Aurelie's book "100 Ideas for a Positive Work Culture"

You are a senior leader ready to go deeper

You are an emerging leader
You want to build your emotional intelligence from the start of your leadership journey, before patterns become hard to change.

You work in HR, L&D, or Culture
You want to experience the EQ-i 2.0 firsthand before bringing it into your organisation.

Want the complete picture? Add the EQ 360.

The EQ-i 2.0® shows you how you see yourself. The EQ 360 adds a second layer: how others actually experience you as a leader. Your colleagues, peers, direct reports, and manager assess your emotional intelligence anonymously, revealing where your self-perception aligns with how you come across, where gaps exist, and where strengths you haven't noticed are already visible to the people around you.

The debrief is extended to include a full analysis of the rater feedback, honest, specific, and genuinely useful for leaders who want the complete picture.

The EQ 360 upgrade is particularly valuable for leaders managing teams, navigating a transition, or preparing for a more senior role.

Testimonials

Loved having the roadmap of my EQ competencies in front of me.

Aurelie doesn't just analyse numbers; she puts the scores into context, shows you how to balance your competences, and what to do with them.

After the debrief, I had a clear action plan.
It's already helping me adapt how I work with my team.

Being aware of your emotional intelligence is one thing; knowing how to actually develop it, is another. This programme gave me both.

Marc - Senior Leader, Multinational Company

"I have taken many personality tests and assessments throughout my career. This one is different; it is truly actionable.

It can feel exposing to share your strengths and weaknesses with someone you have just met. But Aurelie has a way of making you feel at ease immediately. She goes beyond the analysis, she helps you sharpen your strengths, understand your areas for growth, and you walk away with a clear, practical action plan. Not just to become a better professional, but a better person.

I would recommend this programme to anyone on a journey of self-development who wants to lead with more awareness and impact."

The EQ-i 2.0® is one of the world's most scientifically validated tools for measuring emotional intelligence. Developed by Multi-Health Systems (MHS) and used by organisations globally, it measures 15 skills across 5 key areas — from self-awareness and stress management to decision-making and interpersonal relationships.

Unlike personality, emotional intelligence can be developed. Your EQ-i assessment results are not a verdict, they're a starting point.

Research consistently shows that high-performing leaders score higher in EI than their peers. The EQ-i 2.0® tells you exactly where your strengths are, where you may be losing impact without realising it, and which skills are worth focusing on first.

A science-backed assessment used by organisations worldwide.

  • Identify your strengths and your blind spots

  • Know exactly which skills to develop first

  • Turn your results into a concrete action plan

15 competencies across 5 key areas

The EQ-i 2.0® does not give you a single score, it maps your emotional intelligence across 15 specific competencies, grouped into 5 composite areas. This level of precision is what makes it genuinely useful: you see exactly where you are strong, where competencies are out of balance, and where focused development will have the most impact.

What taking my own assessment taught me

"I have been working with Emotional Intelligence for years. I thought I had a pretty clear picture of myself. When I took the assessment, most of my scores were where I expected, but two competencies were significantly lower than the rest. I knew these were areas I found harder. What I hadn't seen before was what those gaps meant in relation to my other scores, and how that combination was shaping my behaviour.

That's what the assessment gave me: not just a list of scores, but a map. A way to understand the balance and the imbalances between competencies, and how to adapt depending on the situation I'm in.

The other thing that surprised me: high scores don't always mean better results. In certain contexts, a higher score can work against you when it's not balanced by another competency.

We can always learn something about ourselves. The EQ-i 2.0® is not just about scores, it's about what they mean together, in context, for you. And most importantly, what you do with them."

Frequently Asked Questions

What does The EQ Leader program include and how long does it last?

How is the EQ-i 2.0 different from personality tests like MBTI or DiSC?

The programme includes an introductory session on Emotional Intelligence, the EQ-i 2.0® Leadership Assessment, a 2-hour debrief conversation, three Success Calls to keep you on track, ongoing support between sessions by email or WhatsApp, and Aurelie's book 100 Ideas for a Positive Work Culture. The pace is flexible and adapted to you. A typical journey looks like this: we start with an introductory session, you complete the assessment, we debrief your results a few days later, and the Success Calls take place over the following weeks and months — depending on what works best for you.
In general, the program runs between 3 and 9 months.

Personality tests measure who you are — your traits, preferences, and natural tendencies. They are largely static. The EQ-i 2.0® measures how you function emotionally and socially, and because these are skills, they can change. It also goes deeper than most tools: it looks at 15 specific competencies, how they interact with each other, and where imbalances may be affecting your leadership without you realising it. If you have already done MBTI, DiSC, or similar assessments, the EQ-i 2.0® will give you a genuinely different and complementary perspective.

Do you need to be a senior leader to join the EQ Leader program?

Not at all. The programme is designed for anyone who wants to develop their human skills — whether you are just starting out in your career, stepping into your first leadership role, managing a team, or leading at a senior level. The earlier you start working on your emotional intelligence, the stronger your foundation. That said, the programme is equally valuable for experienced leaders who want to go deeper and lead with more awareness and impact.

Can emotional intelligence really be developed?

Many companies have a dedicated budget for trainings, leadership development or self-development coaching — it is worth checking internally first.
If you need support making the case, here are a few arguments that tend to work well:

  • The EQ-i 2.0 is one of the most scientifically validated leadership development tools in the world, used by organisations globally.

  • Research consistently shows that emotional intelligence is directly linked to leadership performance, stronger relationships, and better decision-making — all of which have a direct influence on business performance.

  • This is not generic training — it is a personalised program built around your own results, with coaching support along the way.

  • Investing in your development is also an investment in how you lead your team and influence those around you.

Feel free to get in touch! I am happy to support you in building your case :)

Can this program be offered to a team or multiple leaders?

Yes. Whether you are a leader wanting to offer this to your team, or an HR, L&D, or Culture lead looking to roll it out across your organisation, a tailored group rate is available. Each person completes their own individual assessment and receives a personal debrief — making it both individual and collective in its impact.
Once all individual debriefs are completed, we come together as a group to look at the bigger picture: the patterns across the team, collective strengths, gaps, and what they mean for how the team works together. The group session is where individual awareness becomes a shared foundation for change.

Get in touch to discuss what this could look like for your team.

How can I convince my manager to cover this investment?

Yes, and this is one of the most important things to understand about EQ. Unlike IQ, emotional intelligence is not fixed. It is a set of learnable skills that can be strengthened over time with awareness, practice, and the right support. The EQ-i 2.0® is built on this premise. Your results show you where you are today, and where the most meaningful development can happen.

Great leaders never stop growing
