CORPORATE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
A program that works at every level

This program goes where most leadership programs don't. It works simultaneously at three levels: the individual leader, the leadership team, and the entire organization. Each reinforcing the other.
The Corporate Leadership Program by Aurelie Litynski runs over several months, with continuous support between sessions, so the learning sticks and the culture shift is real.
This program starts with listening: before the first session, Aurelie takes the time to understand your organization, your challenges, and your goals. Every element of the program is then shaped around what your leaders actually need.
From individual leaders to the entire organization
Develop each leader individually, with measurable EQ insights
Build a shared leadership culture across your organization
Engage every employee in the culture journey
A six-step journey to lasting culture change
This program unfolds over several months, combining workshops, coaching, group sessions, and organization-wide learning. Each step builds on the previous one, creating lasting momentum across your leadership team and your entire organization.
Below is an example of how the program can be structured :

Step 1: Kick-off Workshop
An in-person session to align the leadership team around a shared vision of positive leadership. Leaders reflect on their current culture and leave with concrete actions to move forward.
Step 2: 1:1 Leadership Sessions
Two personalized coaching sessions per leader, anchored by an EQ-i 2.0 Assessment. One at the start to set priorities, one at the end to review progress and define next steps.
Step 3: Communication Campaign
Short, practical content shared every 3 to 4 weeks via your preferred internal channel. Designed to keep the culture journey alive and leaders inspired between sessions.
Step 4: Online Leadership Sessions
2-hour online sessions every 6 to 8 weeks, each focused on a topic tailored to your leaders' actual challenges. Leaders stay connected, accountable, and progressing together.
Step 5: Webinars for All Employees
Interactive online sessions that extend the culture journey to the entire organization. Employees gain practical tools and a shared language around emotional intelligence, feedback, and resilience.
Step 6: Wrap-up Workshop
A closing session to reflect on progress, celebrate achievements, and define next steps. Leaders leave with clarity, alignment, and a roadmap to sustain a positive culture beyond the program.
A structured journey, not a standalone training
Individual growth that scales to the whole organization
Continuous support from start to finish

Frequently Asked Questions
What does The EQ Leader program include and how long does it last?
How is the EQ-i 2.0 different from personality tests like MBTI or DiSC?
The programme includes an introductory session on Emotional Intelligence, the EQ-i 2.0® Leadership Assessment, a 2-hour debrief conversation, three Success Calls to keep you on track, ongoing support between sessions by email or WhatsApp, and Aurelie's book 100 Ideas for a Positive Work Culture. The pace is flexible and adapted to you. A typical journey looks like this: we start with an introductory session, you complete the assessment, we debrief your results a few days later, and the Success Calls take place over the following weeks and months — depending on what works best for you.
In general, the program runs between 3 and 9 months.
Personality tests measure who you are — your traits, preferences, and natural tendencies. They are largely static. The EQ-i 2.0® measures how you function emotionally and socially, and because these are skills, they can change. It also goes deeper than most tools: it looks at 15 specific competencies, how they interact with each other, and where imbalances may be affecting your leadership without you realising it. If you have already done MBTI, DiSC, or similar assessments, the EQ-i 2.0® will give you a genuinely different and complementary perspective.
Do you need to be a senior leader to join the EQ Leader program?
Not at all. The programme is designed for anyone who wants to develop their human skills — whether you are just starting out in your career, stepping into your first leadership role, managing a team, or leading at a senior level. The earlier you start working on your emotional intelligence, the stronger your foundation. That said, the programme is equally valuable for experienced leaders who want to go deeper and lead with more awareness and impact.
Can emotional intelligence really be developed?
Many companies have a dedicated budget for trainings, leadership development or self-development coaching — it is worth checking internally first.
If you need support making the case, here are a few arguments that tend to work well:
The EQ-i 2.0 is one of the most scientifically validated leadership development tools in the world, used by organisations globally.
Research consistently shows that emotional intelligence is directly linked to leadership performance, stronger relationships, and better decision-making — all of which have a direct influence on business performance.
This is not generic training — it is a personalised program built around your own results, with coaching support along the way.
Investing in your development is also an investment in how you lead your team and influence those around you.
Feel free to get in touch! I am happy to support you in building your case :)
Can this program be offered to a team or multiple leaders?
Yes. Whether you are a leader wanting to offer this to your team, or an HR, L&D, or Culture lead looking to roll it out across your organisation, a tailored group rate is available. Each person completes their own individual assessment and receives a personal debrief — making it both individual and collective in its impact.
Once all individual debriefs are completed, we come together as a group to look at the bigger picture: the patterns across the team, collective strengths, gaps, and what they mean for how the team works together. The group session is where individual awareness becomes a shared foundation for change.
Get in touch to discuss what this could look like for your team.
How can I convince my manager to cover this investment?
Yes, and this is one of the most important things to understand about EQ. Unlike IQ, emotional intelligence is not fixed. It is a set of learnable skills that can be strengthened over time with awareness, practice, and the right support. The EQ-i 2.0® is built on this premise. Your results show you where you are today, and where the most meaningful development can happen.
